Welcome to Bizzky!
Bizzky.com ("Bizzky", "Service", "Site", "we", "us") is a free platform designed to promote real-time interaction, transparency and cooperation between companies and brands. The platform explores the social network concept to build a worldwide network based on company and brand connections.
The Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you (the "User") and Bizzky and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Bizzky (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS.
Acceptance
Accepting these Terms signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement"), whether or not you are a registered member of Bizzky.
If you don't accept our Terms of Use, you are not allowed to use or access our Service.
Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service evidences your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
It is your responsibility to regularly consult the Terms of Use of our Service.
User Registration and User Account
To use our Service, you must register a new account and provide valid, accurate, current and complete information during registration. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of the User's access. The registration information you need to provide is related with yourself and with the company or brand you are registering. Each User Account allows you to create a profile for a single company or brand.
During the registration process, you need to define a password to use within our Service. You will be fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password. In case of unauthorized use of the password, you should contact us straight away so that we can take appropriate action.
During the registration process, you also need to define if you have an invite to register at Bizzky. If you do not have an invite, you should provide us with information which proves that you are eligible to represent the company or brand you are trying to register in our Service.
Eligibility and Authorization
A Bizzky profile (the webpage that introduces your company or brand) may only be set up by an authorized representative of the entity or individual that is the subject of that profile. By creating a Bizzky account and a Bizzky profile, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so by the person or entity (brand or company) that is the subject of the Bizzky profile, and to accept these Terms of Use on such person's or entity's behalf.
BIZZKY TRIES TO REVIEW ALL THE REGISTRATIONS, ACCOUNTS AND PROFILES TO DETERMINE IF THEY WERE CREATED BY AN APPROPRIATE PARTY, BUT ASSUMES NO RESPONSABILITY FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED BIZZKY PROFILES THAT MAY APPEAR ON THE SITE.
If there is any dispute as to whether a Bizzky profile has been created or is being maintained by an authorized representative of the individual or entity who is the subject of that Bizzky profile, then Bizzky shall have sole right, but is not obligated, to resolve such dispute as it determines is appropriate in its sole discretion. Such resolution may include, without limitation, deleting or disabling access to Bizzky or any portion thereof at any time without notice.
Persons or entities that promote or glorify hatred, violence, intolerance, racism or discrimination may not set up a Bizzky profile. Bizzky reserves the right to delete or disable access to any such Bizzky profiles.
You are expressly prohibited of registering in our Service if you are under 13 years old.
User Conduct
You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all the Content you transmit to our servers.
By not fully monitoring the Content provided by users, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity and quality of that Content. Based on this, you must agree that we are not responsible for damages arising from any Content that is displayed, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
You are expressly forbidden to use the Service to:
slander, insult, harass, stalk, threaten or violate in any form, the legal rights (such as privacy and image rights) of other entities or users;
publish unsuitable, defamatory, offensive, obscene or unlawful Content;
publish Content that violates patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets or other rights of ownership;
publish messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters, commercial messages or harmful advertisements;
impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity;
register for a User account on behalf of an individual other than yourself;
limit the use of the Service to other users;
create/modify/use an account or profile from a company or brand where you worked in the past;
create accounts/profiles for companies or brands that do not exist;
create accounts/profiles for companies or brands that you are not eligible to represent;
connect to companies or brands that do not have any relation with your company or brand;
obtain or index any part of the Service and collect information about users for unauthorized purposes using any robot, spider or other devices/applications that allow you to do it;
promote or provide information about illegal activities, promote insults or injuries against any group, individual, company or brand;
upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
interfere or disrupt the Service itself or the networks or servers connected to the Service;
obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to other systems or networks connected to the Service;
interrupt the normal flow of the Service, interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Service by other users, or otherwise affect the ability of other users to correctly use the Service;
change headers or manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service.
Storage
You must agree that we do not offer any liability or obligation regarding the deletion or failure of the Content maintained and transmitted through our Service.
You must also agree that at this moment we do not have a maximum number of transactions for our Service but we reserve the right to create or change the transaction limits at any time and without prior notice.
Third Party Websites and Resources
Bizzky contains links to external web sites ("Third Party Websites") or World Wide Web resources (articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties). Such external websites and resources are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. If you decide to leave Bizzky and access those external websites and/or resources, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern. Before accessing those external websites and/or resources, you should consult their Terms of Use.
You must acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused or allegedly resulting from the use of the Services provided by the existing links to Third Party Websites in our Services.
Changes in the Service
You agree that we reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any part of it, with or without notice.
Cancellation and Account Termination
We may terminate your membership or delete any Content or information that you have posted on the Site and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Service or the Site for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may terminate your account, for any or no cause, at any time. To terminate your account you should send us an email informing that you want to delete your account and we will automatically delete it. However, we reserve the right to store your data and Content for statistical purposes.
User Content Posted on the Site
You are solely responsible for the text, information, images and other Content that you upload, publish or display on or through the Service, or transmit to or share with other users. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your company (or brand) profile and uploaded materials remain yours. You may not set up a Bizzky profile on behalf of another individual or entity unless you are authorized to do so.
By posting Content to any part of our Service, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Bizzky an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide license to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute your Content for any purpose in our Service.
You should backup all your Content because we can not guarantee copies of it.
You may remove the Content that you uploaded to the Site at any time. If you choose to remove any of your Content, you acknowledge that we may retain archived copies of your Content.
Bizzky does not investigate, monitor, fully approve or check the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of Bizzky profiles, and cannot guarantee that a profile was actually created and is being operated by an individual or entity that is eligible to do so. Nor is Bizzky responsible for the Content of any profile, or any transactions entered into or other actions taken on or in connection with any profile or user, including how the owner of the profile collects, handles, uses and/or shares any information. You are solely responsible when you provide any information to or enter into any transaction in connection with other Bizzky users.
You must acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any profile created, modified or deleted by unauthorized or ineligible users. Furthermore, we assume no responsability for any type of hacking which goal is to create inaccurate and unreliable content in the Service.
If you insert the same news entries, products, services or request for proposals more than once with the goal of appearing in the top of the Business, Jobs or Requests Pool, we reserve the right to cancel or block your account without any further explanation.
Advertising
As our Service is sponsored by advertising, the user will notice a wide range of announcements and advertisements in the Service.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for negotiations and interactions that you promote with these advertisements or advertisers. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused to you during those negotiations and interactions.
General Conditions
You agree that:
A. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Bizzky Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
B. We provide the platform for Bizzky and all information and services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not provide any express warranties or representations, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
C. We do not offer any other guarantees than those set out in these Terms of Use.
D. We reserve the right to refuse assistance or technical support to the users of the Service.
E. We reject any responsibility regarding the conduct of any user as well as the conduct of third party entities that use the Service.
F. We can not guarantee (I) that the Bizzky Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free (II) that the Contents on the Service are accurate and reliable, (III) that the Service will meet your requirements and will always return the expected results, (IV) that the quality of products, services or other material obtained in the Service will meet your expectations, (V) any errors will be corrected, (VI) any specific results from the use of the Service.
G. All the Content is hosted in third party Services that provide us hardware, software, networking, storage, and technology to run the Service.
H. the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (I) transmissions over various networks; and (II) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Limitation on Liability
In no event will Bizzky owners or its representatives be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including (but not limited to) for any lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service or any of the content or other materials on, accessed through or downloaded from the service, even if the Bizzky owners or its representatives are aware or were advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to exempt us from all responsibilities and compensate us in case we receive complaints from parties blaming you for improper use of our Service. Based on this, you must assume all the responsibility and costs resulting from claims, losses, damages, prosecution, trial, costs of litigation and attorneys' fees, of any kind or nature.
NOTE: Some countries do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability in contracts with consumers and as a result the contents of this section may not apply to you.
Spreading the Word
In our Service we provide a mechanism which purpose is to help you sharing the existence of our Service with your business connections.
You must agree that you are solely responsible for the use of this mechanism. This mechanism extracts your contacts from third-party applications and sends email messages inviting your contacts to register in our Service.

All the Content available through the Service (except user-generated Content), including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other information, is copyright© Bizzky.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the HTML/CSS or visual design elements without express written permission from Bizzky.

News, warnings and other information regarding our Service can be delivered via email or by posts on the Site.
